Valentine’s Day Partner Workout

Roses are red, violets are blue, let’s do a workout built for two! Ok, maybe we’re not prolific poets, but we do know our way around a partner workout. This Sunday sweat session is not only for the lovebirds. You can do this with your Valentine, your favorite workout buddy, roommate, or kiddo. We’ll perform most exercises using the “I go, you go” format, so even socially distant partners could work. This will be a strength workout with bits of cardio mixed in.


Equipment:  A set of dumbbells.
