    Equipment: mat + dumbbells. (Dumbbells provided in studio. Please bring a mat.)

    Let's lift! Focused strength training using dumbbells and bodyweight will blast each muscle group in a fast and effective workout. Quick bursts of cardio keep the heart in check.

    Pilates inspired movement meets fitness in this low impact, core focused fusion workout. This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture, strengthening the abdomen + back muscles, and increasing flexibility.
