How important is it to have access to on demand videos of classes?
Not important. I'm here for the live Zoom classes.

We try to record every class and post them to our website for you to do on your own time.

Does this current model of donation based classes work for you? There is a suggested donation of $5 to $10 per class paid directly to your trainer. Donations are optional to keep the space inclusive. Participants can keep track of their class attendance and donate monthly or donate after each class.
