20 Day Planksgiving Challenge

We’re plankful for you! That’s why we’re challenging you to to work your way up to holding a 3 minute plank in under 3 weeks. Yeah, you head that right — 180 seconds of pure plank bliss. Forearm planking is totally acceptable for this one. Come to class to get your plank fix or do it on your own time. Let’s get plankful together this November.
