January Kickstart Challenge
Goal: Attend at least 5 live Moxie Fit classes per week in the month of January.

Kickstart your new year with a new, healthy habit! The holidays are hectic and a nasty side effect of all that jolly chaos is falling out of your usual workout routines. January is the time to get back at it and recommit to your health, fitness goals, and overall well being. Research shows that regular exercise can do amazing things for your body far beyond the benefits of weight management. It’s great for your cardiovascular health. For your strength and mobility. For your bone density and joint health. For your mental health and overall mood. For your sleep. For your immunity! Ultimately that’s what this challenge is all about: Helping you develop or recommit to a healthy fitness habit, and hopefully helping you build up some strength along the way.
Here’s how it works: Come to class. Keep track of your attendance. Let us know you met the requirements at the end of Jan. We’ll double check attendance. We’ll draw a name at random. Someone will win!
